1. Basic documents
(1) Passport with at least six months of remaining validity and blank visa pages
(2) Photocopy of the passport
(3) A completed Visa Application Form with one passport-size photo
(4) Photocopy of previous Chinese visa(s) if any
2. Supporting Documents
(1) Documents on the commercial activity issued by a trade partner in China, or trade fair invitation or other invitation letters issued by relevant entity or individual which contain:
a) Information on the applicant (full name, gender, date of birth, etc.)
b) Information on the planned visit (purpose of visit, arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be visited, relations between the applicant and the inviting entity or individual, financial source for expenditures)
c) Information on the inviting entity or individual (name, contact telephone number, address, official stamp, signature of the legal representative or the inviting individual)
(2) Recommendation letter from the sending Nepali company
(3) Company registration & PAN registration
(4) Air ticket booking of the applicant (round trip)
(5) For first-time applicants, Personal or company bank statement of the last three month
The stay length of the visa is generally 30 days, but can be longer according to the timeline of your business activities.
