Are you taking visa applications for students right now in light of covid19

I've recently been accepted to study in China so was wondering if you are taking applications for student visas. Also how much are student visas, studying for two years. If not, when will it be possible to start applying? Thanks!

As far as I know, student visas are not available now. When to resume remains unknown.
