About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

Visa validity?

I am a Canadian citizen with a valid 9-year Chinese visa. Expiry date is 15 June 2026. Is the visa still valid for traveling to China? If not, what is the condition to apply for a new visa? I am an Electronic Engineer based in Toronto. I need to go to our Qingdao office to help in Coffee Machine production.

Yes, the visa is still valid. After the epidemic ends, you can use it to enter China. Currently, it has been suspended because of the virus situation. If you need to go to Qingdao urgently, please renew your visa at the visa center in Canada.
