About:Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka

Foreigner with valid residency permit

HELLO,
As per the embassy announcement citizens from Sri lanka with a valid residency permit can apply for a free visa to enter China, does that apply for a foreigner with a work permit applying from Sri lanka for this free visa to go back to China?

Yes, I think it also applies to foreigners in Sri Lanka with a valid Chinese work permit.
