My fiance is a resident in Hong Kong and I am a British citizen. We were to get married there on the 23rd March 2020. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, everything came to a stall. Since then, my fiance has been postponing the registration date every few months hoping for the lockdown entry into Hong Kong is lifted. It is his 5th attempt now with a date for us to be registered on the 3rd Nov 2020. Would it be possible to have a concession of entry into Hong Kong for myself for this purpose?Iswari
