About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

A Filipino citizen with an expired Residence permit and visa

Hi, I'm married to a Dutch National who's currently working in China. My visa and. permit is under his and already expired last July. . I came to the Philippines for a vacation last January, and waiting to go back to Mainland China. Is it now allowed? What are the requirements?

If you can get an invitation letter from the provicial foreign affairs office or business office in charge of the work area of your souse, then you can apply for a visa.
