from study visa to Work visa on automatic extension

i had a student visa and studied in Wenzhou and graduted in June, i could not leave due to lack of flights. I am on the automatic extension which expires on Sept.30, i got a job and want to apply for a work visa. The job is in Tianjin, will this be allowed?

You can try to apply for a work visa at the Exit and Entry Administration in Tianjin. If you can get this visa successfully, then it would be fine.
