About:Chinese Embassy in Zimbabwe

Authatication

Goodday
I'm trying to get hold of the embassy about authenticating my documents but there is no one answering the phone. Is it advisable to just go there to authenticate documents without making an appointment, or I have to make an appointment first. If so, how can I make an appointment online?
