Can a Chinese Nationality renew her Passport in China Embassy in KL

Can a Chinese Nationality of aged 12, living in Malaysia under MM2H Visa, renew her Chinese Passport at China Embassy KL?
If yes, what type of documentation required?
How many pieces photo required?
Does she have to personally go to the Embassy? Parent needs to be presented for 12 years old kid?
Do we need to make an appointment for renewal?
Any website to download Application Form?
How long does it take to renew the Passport?

Yes, she can renew the passport at China embassy in KL. You need to make an appointment for renewal. The processing takes 10 working days. As for the documents, you can check them on the website of the Chinese embassy.
