About:8 Tips for Filling Out Chinese Visa Application Form

Chinese Nationality?

I was born in Hong Kong in 1966 but immigrated to Canada in 1969, and became a Canadian citizenship since 1975. I only have a Canadian Passport. How do I answer the following questions on the China Visa application:
1) Do you have any other nationality?
2) Have you ever held any other nationality?
Thanks

Have you given up your HK identity and do you still have a valid HK ID card? If no, then you don't have other nationality but you have ever held a HK nationality.
