About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

How can i convince my partner to go back home

My partner is now working illegal in shanghai.she said that she has no plan to go home and be with Me here in the philipines. What would i do to convince her..i dont want to her to get in trouble..pls help Me.i want her to go home.pls help Me. I love her so much.

You can tell her the severe results of overstaying and working illegally in China. This may lead to huge fines and even detention.
