About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

China Embassy in Philippines list of requirements for LEGAL CAPACITY to marry a Chinese fiance.

Please give me the LEGAL CAPACITY requirements to marry my Chinese citizen fiance. We are planning to have a civil wedding here in Philippines before end of this year is it easy tk get the legal capacity? And please give me an advice if what is the other things we need to get for my fiance

He needs to provide a passport, visa in the Philippines, and a single status certificate.
