What do you mean by nearly impossible

I have a son in china and I need to see my son , i have been black list for 9 years now , so I want to go back to china , my name is Onyebuchi ochuba, , I want to go back to china to meet my son

Because you have been blacklisted, it's very hard for you to get the visa.
