Procedure for new M visa to china

I have a M visa (10 year) that expires in 2029 and my customer is asking for our team to come to China soon. I understand I have to get new visa / what is procedure, is it listed on any website, is the Chicago consulate taking applications at this time? Some team members got theirs through Houston.
