About visa during pandemic

Hello!
I have my working permit.
Stuck in the US during the pandemic.
I get my special invention (special enter letter from Chinese government) from my working company in Hangzhou yesterday.
What is my Next step?
Cannot talk with somebody by phones numbers, no answer...
