If that visiting person lives in Macau then they can enter China but only if their first 2 vaccines were the Sinovac brand and obtained in Macau, or at least the 3rd booster shot is the Sinovac brand obtained in Macau. This is the situation I am in now. Going to marry a mainland Chinese woman and I’m an American living in Macau. Frustrating!
