it is necessary that we should know chinese language for z visa

i am a fashion modal in india, now i want to work in china as fashion modal that's why i ask you it's necessary that we should know chinese language for z visa but i know english well , i can understand chinese little bit

now the china government rules about z visa is you must be graduated from university.must be 4 years bachelors.and after graduation 2 years work experience
