About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

After the 60 days extension is it possible to renew the VISA?

I have a VISA type L (tourist). After 90 days, I am now in the 60 days exteion period the government gave. It finishes in July.
Is it possible to renew the L VISA or change it for a residence one? My husband has a residence visa and work permit.

You can possibly extend the visa again, but it's not much likely to change it for a residence visa.
