Can I get an L visa while my current X1 visa is going to expire in July during Corona virus.?
Hi there... I came to China in January for language study with X1 visa but it's expiring in July 2020. As it was holiday time so I came to another city to see my friend after I got the residence permit. Corona happen and I couldnt go back to my school. They asked me to stay where I am.
As my visa is going to expire next month and I talked to my school about the situation. As this pandemic is severe back in my country now and I still want to continue my studies so school told me to apply for a tourist visa first. They can call me back to school and apply for a student visa after the notice from the government. So I'm so worried and confused. Kindly let me know if I can get a tourist visa before my X1 visa expires?
