Good conduct certificate

I am from the Philippines and working here in Qatar. Would it be possible to use my good conduct certificate issued here in Qatar for applying a work visa in China?

Yes, it's possible, but you may still need to get one from your country if your stay in Qatar is not more than 5 years.
