About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Overstay due to covid

My visa does not expire till 2028. But my each stay is 120 days. I’m already overstay for 1 month. I don’t want to go anywhere due to safety and health issue. What do I need to do?

I thought the immigration of China automatically extends for more 60days

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you're having these issues. It must be stressful. I currently am living out of China but have family members in China who have overstayed their Visa and are currently in a bit of trouble. Can we stay in touch?
