I am U S passport holder, Can I reenter China from Hongkong?

I am US citizen and hold a 10-year L visa with multiple entry. I have lived in China since 2014. Never return to US but occasionally travel to Hongkong. I am in Hongkong now. Can I reenter China now as have passed the HK quarantine?
