When is the Visa center opening?

Good day.

When is the Chinese visa center opening in South Africa.
Please advice urgently. My wife is a teacher and needs to return back to school.

We are currently stuck in South Africa due to the corona pandemic. Is there a fast track of Visa's we can do to return.
