switching job

hi I am working with the company and my visa is going to expire on 16 of July but I have another job offer with a good salary, but my present company don't accept my resignation, can suggest what i need to do can i join my new company when my visa is expired on 16 July or I will get the penalty of overstay or what I need to do to cancel my work permit from the present employer?

You need to negociate with the former company to get the release letter, so that you can convert your work visa to the current company. Otherwise, you need to leave China and apply for a work visa in another country.
