About:Requirements for China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

Apply Chinese Green Card

I’m currently living in United States. I have a 14 year old son who lives with his father. I’m divorced and living by myself. My father is in China and 85 years old with poor health conditions. Is that possible for me to immigrate back to China to take care him - I am his only child.

Sorry, I'm afraid you are not eligible for the Chinese Green Card. If you want to go back to China to look after your father, you can apply for a Q visa.
