About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

My sister wanna come back home without detention or deportation

Hello my sisters visa canceled by university January 5th they just told her they canceled it because she didn’t attend the classes and she overstayed for months and is there any chance that she could leave the country without detention or deportation?

She is going to pay fine 10000 yuan or even more, because visa cancellation is more serious than ordinary overstay
