Can you stamp our marriage certificate without our presence?

Hello,
My husband and I got married in Seychelles last 2017 Dec. We are residing in Dubai at the moment but will be moving to Macau China in July this year. As part of the visa requirement in Macau, they asked us to have our marriage certificate stamped and attested by Chinese embassy in Seychelles. Will you be able to accommodate that even without our presence? We will only ask someone based there to do it on behalf of us?

Generally speaking, you don't have to go to the embassy in person to have your marriage certificate stamped, but I advise you to confirm this further with the Chinese embassy in Seychelles. Tel: +248 4671700
