is our physical presence require as cvasc, new delhi?

I am from Gujarat. I found that for Gujarat Chinese Visa Application center is in New Delhi. I want to know, is it possible to just courier the require documents to CVASC, New delhi. Or the applicant must have to present with application? Please advice.

Rajen, you cannot courier the documents to the CVASC, but you can find someone else to do that on your behalf if you cannot go there in person.
