Temporary work permit Expired

Sir/madam,
My temporary work permit will be expired on 2nd of May and I wasn't able to apply for Z-VISA due to Covid-19 epidemic circumstances, so is it will be acceptable after reopening or not?

You can aply for a new one after the visa office reopens.
