About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China
Urgent visa question
Currently on a 1 year spouse visa, almost expired. Living with spouse in mainland China and want to renew (or if not possible, go onto some other type of visa). Last time I had to travel to wife’s hometown, but I’m told it’s not possible to travel due to virus situation. Is there anyway to do it remotely, apply in a different city within China or transfer to another visa whilst not visiting wife’s hometown?
