About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

International students living in China.

I am preparing myself to continues my studies in Chinese university, more likely graduate school in China. If accepted and complete all the prerequisite to study in China.
What is the process of Applying for the Chinese students visa?moreover what is the grade period of the visa? There is any opportunity for international students to work in China? Or is it possible for internship program in China for international student as well?

You can collect all required documents for a student visa and then apply for it at the the Chinese embassy in your country.
