COVID 19 visa change

My spouse has a z visa and I'm currently in China on a tourist visa and because of the corona virus I can't go back to my country to change my visa to a family visa. Can I change it in China?
My visa expires on April 10th but there are no flights till late April. What can I do?

It is possible to get a residence permit within Mainland China if the NIA allows you to do so. Contact them for document requirements.

Even if you are not eligible, your duration of stay is already automatically extended for two months.

yes you can.. you need to get a letter from your apartment complex then take that to the police and register for temp residence.. then you need to get the full medical check up from the approved hospital.. then take all that paper plus your marriage certificate and your partners residence permit to the local psb.. 800rm 1 year residence
