covid 19 visa extension

Hi, I have an x2 visa living in tianjin am i still eligible for the 2 month extension? I tried calling the bureau but they couldn't understand what i was saying(my chinese is bad)

Yes. Try speaking English instead. Many NIA agents are fluent.
