About:China Postal Service

Missing packages

I ordered parcels from 2 different sites. The companies each supplied tracking numbers thru EMS. I followed them and on 3/2/20 FU935236299CN supposedly was lost. The other one I tracked and when it too was to be delivered the tracking thru EMS XU634672812CN. I feel like both were not legitimate websites. How can this happen?

Oh, I didn't find any logistic information based on the tracking number you provided. You can try to contact the EMS and solve the problem.
