About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Cancellation letter

I have resigned at my current school but they don’t want to give me the release documents.can I go back to my country and start the process from scratch?...do I need a cancellation letter to obtain a work permit and Z visa even if I start the whole process from scratch?

If your current work permit is still in its validity, I think you have to obtain a cancellation letter in order to get a new work permit and Z visa.
