Want ro find out about career health and love in 2020

Born 27.10.78 I am very depressed, feel fat from after daughter birth 5 stars ago - husband tells me I need to "exercise" and clearly doesn't "see" me anymore. Overwhelmed at work, no promotion, more work and reorganisation. No help at home with two kids, for cleaning cooking and everything while working full-time. Painful back from pinched nerves and inflamed shoulder from carrying and doing too much. Feeling very low. What to expect from the remainder of 2020?

I think you should find a suitable time and have a serious conversation with your husband. He should share the responsibility for the family issues. You cannot do it all by yourself. In addition, you are advised to find a job again and has your own economic bases.
