Coronavirus

Is the public transport working in Shanghai at the moment or is there changes due to coronavirus? Is there any tourist attraction open? I will spend there 1 day between my flights. Is there anything to do or see at this time?

As I know, the public transportation still working in the city. Many scenic areas are still closed. Thus you are suggested to tour around East Nanjing Road and the Bund Area.
