after overstay visa I can continue my permit or need apply new Z visa?

my visa expired soon, I can't continue because bureau don't apply in quarantine "COVID-19 virus" period. How many days they can give overstay-visa continue? after overstay visa I can continue my permit or need apply new Z visa?

If your work permit is expiring in more than 30 days then you can renew. If not then you need to start from scratch.
