How to Get Extension Visa for China

We are currently base in Dubai for now due to COVID-19,however we cannot go inside china this past few weeks due to this viruses.Since our residence visa of China will be expired soon, are the the procedure to ensure we can get back the new visa here in Dubai. Kindly help us get through all this so we can apply for new visa or extension visa of China.To whom should we go first and foremost.
Kindly help us make it through. Thank you in advance. Waiting for your prompt reply on this matter.

Sorry, but you cannot renew or extend your residence permit outside of China. You should apply for a new visa if you want to enter China after your residence permit expires.

No, you can only apply for an X1 visa or F visa in India, not to extend the X1 visa.

hello,
I am also going through the same problem. I came to visit my family in India but during this time news of Corona virus came out and my visa will expire soon.
for the first time I entered in china with X1 Visa which later got extended into F Visa.
My question is, Can I extend my F Visa from India ?

everyone is replying that residence permit Visa can not be extended outside china.

SO if I apply for new visa for China, Can I apply for F visa directly from India and for 2- 3 years time period ?
