My single entry visa is valid till 29 feb 2020 .so can I enter china on 29 feb.

I have a single entry visa issued on 29 nov 2019 valid till 29 feb 2020 . I have flight ticket of thai air asia which will land in china on 28 feb 2020 at 23.00 hour so if by any chance flight gets late or i reach immigration gate after 24.00 hour will my visa be valid on 29 feb or i have to enter before 29 feb.

You should enter before 24:00 of Feb. 29, so the flight you mentioned should be fine for you.
