About:Chinese Embassy in Ukraine

Hello my wife is Ukrainian. And I am a student in China .

Can she apply for a family visa as long as I am living in China. What documents are needed? Thanks a lot

Yes, if you hold a residence permit of China valid for more than 6 months, she can apply for an S1 visa. The required documents include her passport, application form, passport size photo, your marriage certificate, an invitation from you, and a copy of your passport and residence permit.
