About:Year of the Dragon

purchase a business

HI, I was born Jan 7th 1965. I want to go back into business. I did own a business bought it back in Jan 3rd 1996 sold it in Sept of 1999. I am saving my monies to go back into some type of business. When would be the right year I should consider this opportunity?
