Changing the commencement date for a tourist visa after it is issued

The China tour I had planned to join has been cancelled due to the virus outbreak. My visa to enter China has already been issued. Can I get the entry date changed to after the virus crisis has been resolved?

Yes, you can. As long as you enter before the expiry date of the visa, it's ok.
