About:1974 Chinese Zodiac - Wood Tiger

I'm zodiac tiger born oct 16, 1974, just moved as leader to a unit that I'm still confused about where to start. The boss at every meeting was always angry at me in front of all the leaders, he said I was still dependent on other people. I myself shy person, less assertive and less brave. I get stressed, need enlightenment.
