career/job tension/stress/change

Hello my name is Aparna Ranjan and my DOB is December 23, 1967 at 2.03 PM in Lucknow, India.
I am currently employed as physician in Virginia USA at a hospital for over 3 years. The management just changed and new leader/boss are not supportive at all: very controlling, mean, maybe even not honoring women of color.
They reduced my title and pay grade and this is causing me lot of tension/stress; i do not feel good.
i want to resign from this job: i have 30 days up to February 5th to decide. i am very stressed.
my questions are

1) Should i resign from this job?
2) what are my chances of finding another decent job?
3) what are my career and health prospects?

Well, according to the situation, changing a job would be a better choice for you. The new work environment will bring you more opportunities. You have excellent abilities. Thus there would be a high chance to find another decent job. Have more confidence and believe yourself.
