Hi I am going to India and have a stay of 19 hours in Shanghai do u need transit visa

Dear, if you fly from Country A (which is different from China or India) to Shanghai and then fly onward to India, you don't need a transit visa if the layover in Shanghai is not more than 144 hours.0
