About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Train from Hong Kong via Guangzhou, then flight to Taipei

I am Finnish, planning to stay in travel Honk Kong for 2 days, take train to Guangzhou on 2nd evening, then 3rd day will take flight to Taipei. Do we need to apply visa?
