About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Temporary Resident Permit for 3 months

Hi, My employment with my company will ceased on 29 Feb 2020. Is there anyway my family and I can stay in Shenzhen for another 3 months?

If your residence permit has more than 3 months left then the only way is to ask your company to delay the cancellation of your work permit by 3 months. If they refuse to do so (or if your residence permit is expiring in three months) then you cannot.
