About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I'm flying from Seoul to New York through Shanghai

I'm flying from Seoul to New York through Shanghai. I will have to change airports in Shanghai. Will I be eligible for 24 hour transit visa. I'm the citizen of Uzbekistan. Thank you in advance

Yes, you will be eligible for 24 hours visa-free transit. As you need to change airports in Shanghai, you can apply for a temporary stay permit upon arrival at the airport in order to leave for another airport.
