About:Visa on Arrival

5 day visa at the Shenzhen Bao'an Airport

I land Shenzhen airport at 00:20 on the Monday, and leave the Thursday. Can I get a 5 day visa when I land at this time or will I have to wait until 10am.

Thanks for your answer, but i did search more and found that Indonesian citizens can get the VOA if they granted a chinese visa previously. Or is the rule change already ?

Unfortunately, you are not allowed to do that. Simply speaking, there is no Shenzhen VOA office at Shenzhen airport. Please, just disregard the above written answer because it is wrong.

Anyway, if you have some third country or Hong Kong/Macau as your next destination after Shenzhen, you can enjoy 144 hour visa free transit. You will make me know about this detail and I will further explain what you should do to enjoy this visa free transit option that allows you to travel throughout the entire Guangdong province and not only within Shenzhen city limits.
